Spend a morning with an Italian family preparing a four-course feast.

After your class sit down with your hosts and enjoy the fruits of your labor over a leisurely lunch. A different local wine accompanies each dish.

Classes are held at a 700-year-old farmhouse in the countryside outside San Gimignano. Classes are scheduled on the third day of your bicycle tour.

The menu varies but typically includes:
●  Homemade pici pasta
●  Panzanella, a refreshing Tuscan summer bread salad
●  Tomato and garlic pasta sauce
●  Cannoli bean pasta sauce
●  Pecorino cheese served with local honeys and pine nuts
●  Chicken sautéed with oranges
●  Vernaccia white and Chianti red wines
●  Vin Santo (Tuscan dessert wine) and biscotti
