Terms and Conditions
Deposit
To reserve your tour we require a deposit of US$ 300 per person.

The balance for your tour is due 60 days before departure. A confirmation packet of pre-departure materials will be sent to you within two days of the receipt of your deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you must cancel your reservation the cancellation fees are as follows:
Switching Trips
You may transfer your trip deposit to another departure in the same calendar year.

Responsibility and Liability
Charnes Tours is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of but not limited to: physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by train, auto, boat, or other conveyance, or by bicycle, foot or other form of active travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; breakdown of equipment; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Guests grant Charnes Tours permission to take photographs or make film records of its trips for promotional and commercial use, as well as approve such use by third parties, without financial remuneration.

Waiver
All clients are required to sign a waiver before their tour departure. Clients are also required to follow safety policies and procedures and the guides' instructions during activities.
